Discovery and delivery management
Before you commit a budget, we'll find out what should actually be built: who it's for, what it must connect to, and where the risk is. If a project is already under way and slipping, we can step in and get it back on a plan you can trust.
Signs you need this
You know the problem but not yet the solution
You need a credible scope and budget before asking for sign-off
A project is late, and nobody can say when it will finish
What we do
Discovery usually takes one to two weeks: interviews, a look at your systems and data, and a prototype of the riskiest part. You get a written scope with acceptance criteria and a fixed price for each milestone.
For projects already in flight, our delivery lead resets the backlog, the plan and the reporting, working alongside your existing team or supplier.
What you get
- Stakeholder and user interviews
- Architecture and data-flow diagrams
- A prototype of the riskiest requirement
- Written scope with acceptance criteria
- Milestone plan with a fixed price for each
A typical first milestone
A one- to two-week discovery ending in a written scope, a prototype of the riskiest part and a fixed-price milestone plan.
Technology we often use
Let's discuss what you need
A free 30-minute consultation with the people who would do the work. We'll tell you plainly whether we're the right firm for it, and what a fixed-price first step would look like.
