Visiting this website
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and set no cookies on the public pages. Fonts are served from our own server.
- If we invite you to a private client preview, entering the preview password sets one strictly necessary cookie (
hb_preview) that holds a hashed access key, not personal data. Internal workspaces use a separate access cookie (hb_bids), scoped separately to the private index and workspace paths. Each cookie is limited to its private area, expires after seven days, and is never used for tracking. - Our web server keeps a short access log (time, page requested, response, browser type and referring page) for security and troubleshooting. It does not record IP addresses. Logs are rotated automatically and are normally kept for no more than a few weeks.
- The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you contact us
The contact form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email app with a message for you to send. When you email us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, if we work together, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires. We never sell personal data or use it for marketing lists.
Business email
Business email is stored on infrastructure hosted by OVHcloud. Our outgoing email service is SMTP2GO. These providers process email addresses, message contents and delivery information to operate the service. See OVHcloud's data protection information and SMTP2GO's privacy policy.
Our email system records email addresses, IP addresses, and authentication and delivery events for security and troubleshooting. These email logs are separate from the website logs described above. We restrict access to mailboxes, logs and encrypted backups to authorised people.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
